What our Staff say about working with Sophia

“Sophia Housing Association is the best place to work. Since I started to work for Sophia I never had that feeling that I have to go to work. I go to work with pleasure and I have satisfaction from what I do. I feel important for the company. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to all my friends. “

“I would recommend Sophia as there is a strong emphasis on staff support and supervision. There is also a strong emphasis on working with service users at their own pace and working with them from a trauma informed perspective.”

“I would recommend Sophia to a friend or colleague. I feel that it is an organisation that cares about their employees and the people who use Sophia services in a way that most organisations don’t. I think the values of the organisation are upheld by staff in services and that there is a willingness to go the extra mile. there is flexibility, understanding and a genuine interest shown towards staff. “

“I always recommend Sophia to my friends. It is a great company to work for as there is great support from the team and also management. My supervisor and manager is so approachable and we often work on solving a problem together or with the wider team. I have never felt so supported and this in turn has improved my confidence to be able to do my job to the best of my ability. I also love that training is strongly encouraged and time is always given to this so staff can further themselves.”
